Patrons must be registered and have a valid library card to borrow library materials. If you do not have your library card, you can use a current photo ID to check out one time.  You may not check out library materials without a library card or photo ID.
Adults residing in Wisconsin may apply for a library card at the Prescott Public Library with a current Wisconsin Driver’s License or State ID.
The Prescott Library is part of the MORE library system, a group of libraries in west-central Wisconsin that share their collections. Library cards from the Prescott Public Library are valid at any participating MORE library.

Children's Cards:  Children age 5 and older may apply for their own card. A parent or legal guardian must co-sign the registration card, and is financially responsible for late fees, and fees for lost or damaged materials.

Lost Cards:  A patron who loses their card should notify the library as soon as possible to prevent fraudulent use of the card. There is a $1.00 charge for replacement cards.
