Wisconsin’s Digital Library is a shared, state-wide collection (Wisconsin Public Library Consortium) of e-books and e-audiobooks available for free to all Wisconsin public library card holders.

Flipster
To get digital magazines, visit Flipster or download the app to read on your device. All you need is a library card.
Freading
The books in Freading are always available for download (up to 3 books per week). You will need to create an Adobe account and for computer users, you will also have to download Adobe Digital Edition software in order to read the books.
