It’s tax time and the form are in! The Library has the following free forms (while quantities last) available:
- WI State Tax Forms: Form 1, 1NPR, H/H-EZ, Rent Certificate and Schedules AD, SB, WD and M.
- Federal: 1040 and 1040SR
If there are no forms left, you can find the Wisconsin and Federal tax forms online. Library staff can also help you print copies for $.10/page.
